Once your event is scheduled in Santa Clara, Convention Services can provide a variety of services designed to facilitate the planning and execution of an effective event. We offer collateral material including Visitor’s Guides, Santa Clara Services Directory, literature of local venues and places of interest, and badge holders. Complimentary quantities can be provided based upon size of room block. Please allow at least 30 days for receipt.
Information and assistance can be provided to support your event. We can assist with tours, entertainment, special events, transportation, group excursions, and more.
When two or more hotels located in Santa Clara are pre-booked for convention housing, the Bureau can coordinate hotel reservations through a third party contractor. Requests to activate this program are made by the meeting planner via email to email@example.com and must be made no later than six months in advance of move-in.
REGISTRATION & ON-SITE STAFFING
Our professional staff arranged by the Bureau can accommodate a multitude of tasks including typing, registration services, badge check, bag stuffing/distribution, hospitality hosting, coat check, and more. Due to the popular demand of our staffing services, advance notice of a minimum of four weeks is suggested.
