Event Presence – Mobile Telepresence Services
The Beam is a revolutionary telepresence system that combines mobility and video conferencing to deliver an immersive communication experience for the user. Beams are positioned throughout the Santa Clara Convention Center for use by show management and event participants. Each Beam can be accessed by users anywhere in the world allowing them to visit the Center without traveling. Users simply need an internet connection and a computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet with a webcam. Beams can attract attendees, press, keynote and panel speakers who otherwise would not be able to attend. Spot Focus – Dynamic Advertising Media
Spot Focus has digital display systems inside and outside the Convention Center available for show promoters, exhibitors and businesses. Spot Focus offers messaging capabilities on display systems consisting of outdoor LED panels on the perimeter of the Center and on Highway 101, and over 25 displays within the Center and Hyatt including interactive touch screens. Spot Focus also provides access to the Beam (mobile tele-presence devices) for use before and during your event.
